Anger Born of Worry: After possessing Agent Two and all of the corpses of the dead D.H.O.R.K.S.Octavia is less than amused when he does this. He also likes to post Octavia's baby pictures and gush about how cute she was as an owlet.
Amazingly Embarrassing Parents: Several pictures on his Instagram show him being obliviously embarrassing to his daughter Octavia. This is understandable, given the amount of emotional abuse that Stella dishes out at him. The Alcoholic: He drinks absinthe (80-90% alcohol). In "OZZIE'S", while calling him out for treating him like a sex object, Blitzo explicitly describes their arrangement as Stolas wanting Blitzo to fuck him rather than just Stolas wanting to fuck Blitzo. "The Harvest Moon Festival" starts with him and Blitzo having just finished up a BDSM session. Aggressive Submissive: Despite calling up Blitzo about sex, a good deal of his comments are about Blitzo being inside of him. Here, he was a little owlet 25 years ago, making him significantly younger than that. Age Lift: In demonology lore, Stolas is a Fallen Angel, putting his age as older than humanity, and apparently had contact with King Solomon. Affably Evil: He is a member of Hell's nobility, not exactly in a position that puts him on the side of “good.” To his credit, however, he's shown to genuinely care about his daughter Octavia, and his Instagram shows that when confronted with a drunk Blitzo, his first instinct was apparently to put him to bed rather than try anything else. Adaptational Attractiveness: The "real" Stolas is simply an owl with extra long legs that borders on being a Accessory-Wearing Cartoon Animal, while this depiction of him has him fully humanoid with a highly distinguished and dignified appearance. Abnormal Limb Rotation Range: Since he is an owl, Stolas' head can rotate 180 degrees behind him, which foils Blitzo's attempt to Neck Snap him to keep him quiet in " The Circus". Needless to say, Stolas is left feeling ashamed of himself. It's played for even further drama in "OZZIE'S", where Stolas is finally made aware of how his behavior around Blitzo comes across, especially after Blitzo himself bluntly tells Stolas that he's only ever treated the imp like a glorified boy toy. "Truth Seekers" has this Played for Drama a bit, as Blitzo is very much aware of the power imbalance between the two of them, viewing himself during a truth gas-induced Mushroom Samba episode as being in golden chains while a hallucination of Stolas looks over him. However, this is downplayed in the series where Blitzo is more annoyed rather than disgusted by his flirtations, and is heavily implied to care about him deep down.Abhorrent Admirer: The pilot plays into this trope very heavily by having him make an explicit phone call to Blitzo in the middle of the day that leaves him with a Thousand-Yard Stare. This most likely has to do with him being royalty, who are well-known for looking down on those of low social status, especially imps.
0% Approval Rating: When he's giving his speech at the Harvest Moon Festival, none of the imps are shown to be pleased to see him.
